Hi,

I have basically run  all the commands to try to recover the windows component store and it says that the component store is still corrupt after using the  /Restorehealth switch.

i understand that i can't use the original wim file as the source unless i patch it fully?

sfc / scannow won't run either.

Does this mean that this server will have to be replaced as it is unrepairable?

You could go through the hassle of patching the WIM file. But you'd need to know the entire patching history of the server. At that point, it is probably easier and safer to migrate services to a new install.
