Exchange 2010 error 550 Message exceeds size limit (#5.3.4)

I am trying to send an email to one of my clients and I keep getting an error 550 message exceeds size limit. They are using exchange 2010 and I have changed all their settings to allow 50Mb. The email that I am trying to send them is 20Mb and getting rejected. I have checked the following settings within exchange 2010:
global transport settings
receive connector settings
send connector settings
mailbox settings
I have everything set to send and receive at 51,200kb (50Mb).
I have restarted the transport service and still can not send an email to this client.

Is there some Firewall or Gateway server with some limit ?

Check if internal they can send or can they send email to external with 20MB
