Problems with Folder Redirection

I have a SBS2003 which was migrated to Server 2012 Standard, but now I cannot get Folder Redirection to work.  I created a new poicy and wanted the documents, pictures, music and videos to be redirected.  I created a new Users folder and set the sharing rights as authtenicated users full rights.

However, the doucments seems to redirect, but the music and videos do not and when you open pictures library, it shows documents folder.

It is creating the user's name folder and the documents folder, but not working.  I have also tried to turn off offline files  and the Policy appears to have applied with no errors, but this still isn't working.

Issue on Windows 7 machine and XP machine.

I have tried several things to make this work, but would be happy if I could use the Use Document Folder Settings.  I currenlty have that set for that now, but you can see from the Regedit screen shot it doesn't work.  Should be
\\Dell4-sys\UserFolders$\gary\Documents\My Photos or My Pictures, but the pictures is combining with the documents.

I could change this manualy, but will the GPO change it back to this wrong info?  Also attached is the screen shot of the Pictures GPO.

What would happen if I deleted these reg keys?  will they reload from the GPO?

That all looks correct..

Try setting the policy for redirection on the My Pictures folder to not configured, and then use the Group Policy Preference to set it directly.
