Windows Small Business Server 2011 - Exchange Services Stops
Hi ,
Im facing a serious issue with my small business server 2011, where the exchange services stops automatically every day.
I ve diagnosed the isse and found something that might be the cause of this issue.
The Server is using 90 % of Memory most of the time and every morning 9 am ive confiured the server full scan of Trend micro worrry free busniness security and messaging agent scan.
So whenver the Trend micro scan starts about 9 am , some of the exchange services stops.
Also ive found that the HP Insight Diagnosis has logged a Server Operating system STOP Error Message - Operating System failure (Windows bug check, STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x0000000000000168, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xFFFFF88000E36735)) and this log recorded day and the problem raised day is the same.
Please go through the attached snap shots of the resource monitors and HP diagnostic logs for your reference.
I really confused now , why RPC Client access service , Exchange Replication Service and few other services stops suddenly and please note every time its not the same service that's stopping.
Please advice me on this issue
Thank you,
nizz

First how much min the server? Second uninstall the agent from the server it's not necessary your workstations should be scanning files as they are accessed
Exchange by design will use as much memory as it can find but is supposed to give it back when other apps need it

Hi nirmal_s19,
in my first reply I asked "Is there any antivirus on a server?" so I think you should give me some points.
