Outlook 2010 - Forward as attachment?  vs forward

Why would someone want to forward a message as an attachment.  Seems odd?

Forward as attachment to retain the original email headers and email as is - ideal for troubleshooting. Regular forwarding just forwards the text / attachments as a regular email and strips out the technical header information.
