I lost an mailstore in my exchange 2007 server. I had 200 users on the store. If i create an empty one with the same name and in the same folder, will the mailboxes be automatically created via D once I mount it or do i have to run a command for that?

Mailboxes will be automatically created when the user will logon for the first time after DB is mounted. I'm assuming you are in this case: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb310773(v=exchg.80).aspx
