our server side spam filter is working well (appending the [SPAM] tag to the subject line), but the BB isn't handling the marked spam emails.  How can I force them to go to junk or trash?

thanks,

Hi,

Use filters (service side via groups) to NOT forward emails that contain SPAM in the subject.
