Prevent email from CFMAIL from going to Junk Mail in Outlook 2010 on Exchange 2013

We recently upgraded to Exchange 2013 and are using ColdFusion 9 CF mail.  We are noticing that some users are receiving CFMAIL emails into their Junk Folder instead of their normal Inbox.

Is there a setting in ColdFusion 9 or Exchange 2013 to prevent this?  The messages have a sender email address of our domain.com

If the email is coming from external to Exchange then it gets processed by the antispam filter and it must be spammy enough to get flagged.
Configure a transport rule to set emails to an SCL value of -1. However don't do that for any emails from your domain, as that will just let through a lot of spam - a spammers favourite trick is to use the same domain as the from field.

Doesn't matter.
As far as Exchange is concerned, it is external. Anything that isn't Exchange is external.

Just step through transport rule wizard - the options are pretty clear.
