Hi All,

I have been using a WD My book live as a file server at a small office of ours. This has worked really well as people can access it onsite as well as remotely and straight from their mobile devices as part of the 'personal cloud' thing it provides

This got me thinking that it would be great to have something like this for our entire organisation of 50 odd staff. Are there any more 'heavy duty' NAS like the my book live that would provide the personal cloud type environment?

egnyte works with netgear readynas. Its a good fit for 1tb of data and 10 users. It starts getting pricier with more user accounts though.

If you want to do a little more legwork, you can run owncloud. I don't really know of anything super simple that is made to handle 50 users.

So how would I go about setting up my own cloud?
