How do you search for words within files within folders.

Here's an article on how to enable content search in Windows 7. It should be relevant to Windows Server 2008 also:

Navigate to the folder using Windows Explorer and enter the word in window the upper righr-hand side.Search

@paulsauve: it only works if the "Allow files on this drive to have contents indexed in addition to file properties" is checked.
On most servers I looked at (OP was for Windows Server 2008) that particular box is unchecked...

in folder select organize then select folder and search options, then select search tab and in what to search area choose always search file names and contents

then search as same as before.
you will see
search infoat the bottom of your search. as you can see last item is file content.
