Having a problem with mobile devices connecting.

Exchange 2010 on Server 2008 R2

Error Message with Exchange Analyzer is:

An HTTP 401 Unauthorized response was received from the server. This may be the result of invalid credentials or a configuration problem on the Exchange Server.

Checked ISS Manager and Basic Authentication is enable

Reset the virtual directory to begin with.
In EMC, choose Server Config, Client Access. On the right will be Reset Virtual Directory. Choose the ActiveSync virtual directory and follow the wizard through.

Which version of Exchange is this? Exchange 2010 SP?
