Symantec Endpoint Manager is not seeing clients after installing Symantec Ghost.

I recently installed Symantec Ghost Suite 2.5 on MS Server 2008 that was already running Symantec Endpoint Protection v11.
As soon as I completed the Ghost install I started to receive weird log-in prompts on the SEP management console. I uninstalled Ghost, restarted SEP services and then was able to log-in to SEP but I don't see any clients.
I feel like it's missing a connection to the SEP database. Any thoughts? Thank you
