Cant use certain links to connect inside LAN

Hi all hope you can help, one of our offices has difficulties connecting to certain links for eg

mail.academygroupuk.com  works fine outside office but inside it does not work and you have to use sbs/remote to get remote login

This works fine outside network but inside it does not

Hi,
If it is not due to proggramming issues, it may be a DNS problem.
Is there a difference between :
outside:
ping your-domain
inside
ping your-domain
?

Hi,
I presume that the same website is hosted inside your network and is published over the internet by your perimeter device.

If that's correct, you would need to create a loopback firewall rule using DNAT policy. You may refer to below link for more clarificaiton:-

kb.cyberoam.com/default.asp?id=1630&SID=&Lang=1

You may have to do similar configuration (Step 3 - in the article) to fix the issue.
