IIS 6 Authentication Error
Good Afternoon Team,
I am having an authentication error as shown (attached) below:
The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme ‘Anonymous’. The authentication header received from the server was ‘Negotiate, NTLM’.
Server Environment: ASP application using IIS 6 on Windows Server 2003
I am honestly baffled what could be bouncing off clients from this web server.
Any ideas on a remedy?

First of all I think you missed attaching error file.
As you stated; it is more likely seems either your have not configured proper permission or anonymous authentication is not enabled or password mismatch of anonymous user which is configured with website in case anonymous authentication is enabled.
Generally, application pool user (Network Service in case not customized) and IIS anonymous user account (Iuser_Machinename) should have read permission on web contents.
