Hello, I have created a page called Sitemap.aspx which is populated with 10k of product links.
The sitemap.aspx is an XML file.

I have a link to that sitemap.aspx in my robot.txt file.

I have read that this is an okay practice for creating a dynamic sitemap.

I'm new to SEO and need to know if this is still an okay practice and wonder if google is okay as well.

Thank you for your advice!

Are you returning XML headers in the aspx page?
Have you got a link the file?

Yes, the page is rendered as XML.

Here is a link to the sitemap.aspx
https://www.faithplanet.com/sitemap.aspx

And this is the robot.txt

As long as you are returning a properly rendered XML file you are fine, have you checked in Google Webmaster Tools if the file is accepted?

No, not yet, I wanted to make sure the file was correct before doing so. Once I know it is correct I ask the file to be accepted? Doesn't the Google tools show a list of the pages indexed?
