missing driver issue

i have a triton net2280 pci usb 2.0 interface controller (a usb to vga converter used to connect a second monitor to a windows xp professional machine).

the device is not recognized, driver wont install automatically and i cant find the driver either thru any driver update program or thru the manfucaturers website.

can anyone help me find this driver?

Go into device manager right click on the unknown device choose properties. click on details.
change property dialog to hardware id's use this site: http://www.pcidatabase.com/vendors.php  match the vendor id and chipset some items on vendor / chipset list have web address for downloads or google the vendor / chipset to obtain driver

try if slimware finds your driver : https://www.slimwareutilities.com/slimdrivers.php

one of the links worked.  had to reboot a couple of times before it took.
