I want to download RSA SecurID Software Token for Microsoft Windows 32 bit but it should be freeware, can someone please guide me.

While the client is made available as a free download, the server side (required by the client) is not.

RSA SecurID token seed records, sold separately
128-bit (AES) SecurID token seed records
RSA Authentication Manager
