Over Limit Alert Emails to Administrator

We are running Exchange 2010 and are starting to Implement limits on our users FINALLY

Is there something i could set up to run periodically that would possibly email administrators when a mailbox is over its limit?

You can create a transport rule to get the alert.

This makes perfect sense, question though can i configure one of these for each of our locations or is it not location specific.
