export Outlook Express on non working pc to Outlook 2013 working pc

Client has new Win PC with Office 2013 installed...

His old XP box is dead...I recovered the DBX files from the old PC HD...
The DBX files are now on a USB hard drive...

How can I import those DBX files to a PST...???

Previously I had to export the OE mail on the SAME PC as the Outlook...then move everything to the new PC...cumbersome...but it worked....

If I have to purchase an OE to PST converter....any suggestions...???

Many thanks...

Here is a great guide on how you can accomplish this for free:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-ecoms/windows-8-importing-old-emails-from-previous/d46b7b39-2308-4304-af54-2a2cd53a180c

The important part is to get the DBX files from the old computer and move them to the new one. You may be able to import them directly into Outlook 2013 but you may need to download Windows Live Mail, import them and then export them to Outlook from there.
