Things like System Center don't usually work well with multiple tenants. Luckily there is an entire class of software specifically written with the service provider model in mind. The big daddy on the block is Kaseya. But be aware is has a price tag to match. Labtech, Level platforms, N-Able, GFI, and many more have similar offerings. So you have plenty of choice on features, price, cloud, on-premises...

Use search terms like remote monitoring, management, software, RMM and you turn up anlot of hits, Manages Service Providers (MSPs) use this stuff all the time, so you'll find reviews written from that perspective. But even if you don't provide manages services, the info can be relevant.
