Outlook 2013 not responding

Hi all,

I have a win 8 & office2013 computer I use office365 for Exchange server.
My outlook is consistently get to not responding or tarring to connect when I boot outlook on safe mode all is fine.
I disabled all add inns and Anti-Virus my network is working fine.
Any ideas?

Hi,
do you have any personal folders, resource mailboxes or sharepoint lists connected to your Outlook profile? If so, can you please try to set up a new outlook profile without configuring all those additional pst files and resource mailboxes as the problem could actually also derive from one of those.

If it works without those folders connected you could then try to re-connect them one-by-one to see which one is causing the issue.
