Migrate/Convert Hyper-V VM to Physical

I have a Windows 2008 Hyper-V host that has 3 Windows 2008 VMs on. Exchange, data and SQL are host.
Due to performance issues I would like to move\migrate\convert one of the VMs to a physical server.
I use ShadowCraft ShadowProtect Backup software that images the servers and makes it possible to restore the images to bare metal.
Just want to find out if there is a easier way to do this.

No. There is no easier way. You have to go through backup and restore in any case. You need to backup the VM machine hard drive as if it were a physical machine and then boot your physical machine from Backup Software CD and perform there the recovery. I do this sometimes but using Paragon Hard Disk Manager 12 Business. It has P2P Adjust OS option which after restore adjusts the OS to new hardware. See the article on its work procedure:
