Having a problem with Microsoft's PST capture tool.
I have installed the tool and deployed the agents to the workstations which is all fine. I have successfully searched for the PST's I am after and set the destination mailbox, but when I go to import I'm getting the error, Import Error: Error Opening Mailbox
furthermore the following is generated in the logs (see attachment)
The log-file is wrong, I have confirmed that the central service user has a mailbox on Exchange and have logged in via OWA to confirm this.
The account I am logged in as is a local administrator and a Exchange administrator, as is the central service account I am using for the central control server.
Any Ideas as to what the issue may be?
