Unable to import PSTs with PST Capture

Having a problem with Microsoft's PST capture tool.

I have installed the tool and deployed the agents to the workstations which is all fine. I have successfully searched for the PST's I am after and set the destination mailbox, but when I go to import I'm getting the error, Import Error: Error Opening Mailbox

furthermore the following is generated in the logs (see attachment)

The log-file is wrong, I have confirmed that the central service user has a mailbox on Exchange and have logged in via OWA to confirm this.

The account I am logged in as is a local administrator and a Exchange administrator, as is the central service account I am using for the central control server.

Any Ideas as to what the issue may be?

Does the administrator have rights to that mailbox?

Yes, just to be on the safe side I have added the central service account and the user I am logged in and running the tool under as having full access to the mailbox I am trying to import to. Still same error

Running the following command seemed to fix it for me.

New-ManagementRoleAssignment -Role "Mailbox Import Export" -User YourAccount
