We just installed a new Server 2012, promoted it to AD, transferred fsmo roles, dhcp, dns, etc.  Ran dcpromo on th old server and it is shut down.  Our Exchange server works internally and OWA works.  But we cannot get any mobile devices to connect any more?  any help would be appraciated!

You will need to buy a new UCC cert with the name of your new server and all the other require subject alternative names and install it on the new server.

That is why it is failing. Have you don't that before or do you need more details?

Oh okay. You may need to look through the event logs of the server to see if there is any authentication errors.

It may be causing the user accounts to fail authentication.
