Export from EMC eRoom to file system
Good day experts,
I have several EMC Documentum eRooms (7.4.2) where I need to extract/export/download the documents stored on the eRooms to the client's NTFS file server.
The environment is: eRoom version 7.4.2.
We have to get the documents onto a NTFS file system.
How can I successfully get these documents out of eRoom onto file system?
I have tried the eRoom copy function and then you paste on NTFS but many folders are missing after the paste is complete - this option doesn't work.
I'm now trying drag and drop one top level folder at a time but this seems impractical as well.
Please help

Hi
Have lost my eRoom access for now. Will test as soon as it's restored.

I was never able to restore my eRoom access and as a result removed that part from my project scope.
