Please advise how to design an email template (for Microsoft Outlook 2010) that will hold certain fields (a mixture of free text, numbers and some standard wording to come preferrably from a drop down list).
Someone is advising a wider team to take into account these fields when putting their time against a project.
The emails are cc'd to a central mailbox
Each month I want to be able to pull the data from these fields into a database so that we track all of these different projects and the reasons that these projects are having this notification sent out.
