How do you sync files located in your 'My Documents' folder with SkyDrive Pro?<br />

I can see that if I log onto the Office 365 portal, there is a SYNC button, but when you click that, it just asks what library you want to sync. <br />
<br />
I don't want to sync a SharePoint library, I just want to synchronise files on my computer with Office 365.<br />

Any ideas?

Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers. Office 365 allows the use of Microsoft Office apps on Windows and OS X, provides storage space on Microsoft's cloud storage service OneDrive, and grants 60 Skype minutes per month.
