SkyDrive Pro & Synching My Documents

How do you sync files located in your 'My Documents' folder with SkyDrive Pro?

I can see that if I log onto the Office 365 portal, there is a SYNC button, but when you click that, it just asks what library you want to sync.

I don't want to sync a SharePoint library, I just want to synchronise files on my computer with Office 365.

Any ideas?

So, rather than Synching My Documents you would have to get users to store their folders and files in the local SkyDrive folder?
