SkyDrive Pro & Synching My Documents

How do you sync files located in your 'My Documents' folder with SkyDrive Pro?

I can see that if I log onto the Office 365 portal, there is a SYNC button, but when you click that, it just asks what library you want to sync.

I don't want to sync a SharePoint library, I just want to synchronise files on my computer with Office 365.

Any ideas?

Personal documents can be synchronized to your "My Documents" library. You can find it at:

https://domain-my.sharepoint.com/personal/user_domain_com/Documents/Forms/All.aspx

You can either add it directly to SkyDrive or navigate to it and press the Sync button.
