I need to setup a sFTP server on a Windows 2008 server. Does anyone can give me an advice wich program i can buy and use for it. The budget is max. 100 euro.

Also i want to know how i can set it up. Is it only to open a port on the firewal and NAT it to the sFTP server?

Yes, port 22 needs to be open on the firewall.

This one is the easiest I've used as far as setup and configuration goes but I think it is over your budget ..... I'm not sure about the dollars to euros conversion rate:  http://www.robo-ftp.com/help/robo-ftp_server/3.4/sftp_quick_start_guide.htm

FileZilla might be what you are looking for:

Filezilla can;t be used as a sftp server. I search further and came to this product:

Bitvise SSH Server
http://www.bitvise.com/

Also within the budget of 100 dollar.
