We are configuring WSUS. I've done this before so I know how to do it. However, the group policy settings for Windows Update are not where they would normally be under Administrative Templates --> Windows Components. A little research tells me to load the administrative template wuau.adm. I cannot seem to find that either.

Any ideas of where to find or download that adm?

Hi Qholmberg - you can copy the file from another domain controller .
Or try to install the update taht includes the file here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13988
Then if the WSUS does not appear then recreate it in a new policy
