Office 2013 Installation Online

Hi All

I have a problem but a simple one I think.

When I install office 2013 I create a new Microsoft account for each client and add that key to their account.

Ive had a problem today whereby I have installed 5 outlook 2013 licenses to the clients account. It installs fine but when I open outlook I get the message saying this key has already been activated. The problem is when i login to an ms account it lists 5 outlook 2013 install links. How do I know what link is allocated to which license key. I have tried installing from a few but still get the message.

I find it very confusing

Thanks

Did you add all 5 keys to one account or different accounts?

All 5 keys have been added to the one account
How many installations do you see in your Microsoft portal? Should be 5.

Yes I see 5 installation. I never know which one to click on when a new key is entered into the account though
