If a user has "full Manage Access Persmissions" on a shared mailbox, does the user still need "send as" permissions or can does he have send as already since he has full manage permissions.

SendAs is for sending email as that account and Full Mailbox is simply for Access to entire Mailbox ..... 2 different things and yes will need explicitly
