Cradlepoint 1200MBR and CradlepointIBR600

Hi, have had issues configuring these with an apn I need to add to it, get a red warning light on 1200MBR model, when i use a particular one, any reason why these won't take the apn thats added.

I added apn for 1200MBR , and reboot the cradlepoint and doesn't take it. Info appreciated

You should be able to click Save Settings, then unplug your modem from the cradlepoint, and if it didn't reboot itself, restart the router and plug the modem back in when the router finishes rebooting (typically less than 30 seconds)...

Did you ask your provider why the APN isn't stored in the modem so you can click on Select Existing then select the APN from the list?
