We are working on PC configuration for client that software vendor is specing min graphics
(Nvidia 600ti or 680)

It appears that the PC requires a 450 PS. Also looks like card requires standard PC not SFF and uses PCI 3 and takes 2 slot positions of space.

Thoughts and incite would be appreciated

THanks

That is PCI Express 3 and not PCI 3.

Also your power supply may need to go up to 550 watts, it all depends on which particular card you choose, I've been looking at http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-680/specifications  The power will also depend on whose motherboard and how that is specced out.

Dual slot graphics cards are quite common, they just take up the space of an adjoining slot and there is no way they'll fit into a SFF case.  Best to go for a tower case with good ventilation so you can have extra fans to get air flow.
