Office 365 Mail user is not listed on Hybrid server as Mail Contact so not showing in GAL

Hello EE,
I have an Exchange Online user who is working and getting email but doesn't show in the GAL.  When I look at our Hybrid server he isn't showing in the Recipient Configuration Mail Contact list like everyone else.  How can I get him working?

This user has been created recently, less than 24h?

You also could do this steps ->Can´t find User on OAB Office 365.

Let us know.

Do you see the user mailbox in Office 365?

You might have to unallocated the license and enable the user's mailbox with Exchange Management Console, than more the user's mailbox to Office 365.

He is working in O365 sending/receiving email but on our Hybrid server he doesn't have a Mail Contact on-premise as he was created in the cloud so people on-premise can't see him
If you have hybrid, you need to use the EMC/EAC on-prem to create (remote) mailboxes. Otherwise there is no way for the on-prem server to know that user exists.

Either create a new mailbox locally and move it to the cloud, or simply create a remote mailbox.
I already have a working mailbox for the user it just isn't showing as a mail contact so how can I get this without deleting his existing?
You can't, and I explained why above.
