reconfigure Xenserver 6.2 to use dedicated nics for iSCSI (currently its routing over mgmt NIC)
Hi All
We have a 3 node Xenserver 6.2 cluster that's has 8 NIC's, the way it has been set up is that the Management interface has been bonded with 2 NIC's (NIC 0 + 1) and an IP configured, there was a 2nd bond made up of NIC's 2 + 3 for SAN traffic however it has never been configured with an IP, NIC's 2 and 3 are patched into our storage VLAN.
The Issue now is that all iSCSI traffic is going out of the management interface and routing to our storage LAN which is not ideal and our network team are complaining.
our Citrix admin guy last weekend tried to configure the bonded network (called SAN) with an IP address on our storage VLAN (no default gateway was specified as its all in the same VLAN as the Lefthand SAN's)
When he reconfigured this he then got an error saying storage repository not available,
Anyone know how we can change this correctly so that iSCSI traffic flows over dedicated NIC's
Thanks
