update multiple exchange calendars at once

I have a user that has to update and manager multiple calendars for 3 other users. In most cases, those three users to go to the same events. Is there a way to update all three of their calendars at once instead of having to go to each user's calendar and update it? I know we could try using a meeting invite, but the invite wouldn't go there until the user clicks on it and for our purposes, it is easier for us to make the changes than for the user.

Is there any way to do this?

Thanks!

You can create a profile for those users once and select the option to Accept meetings ones it hits Mailbox "Probably resource scheduling or have it forwarded and Accepted"

Thanks-I think the person who manages the calendars will just go ahead and enter the data manually, as we really need a full-proof method and the more I looked the more I became less sure of a method that would always work.
