change reply to address in outlook for Mac 2011

Hi all,

I have a client whose email is set up like this.

IMAP account which is user@business.com, all the emails are forwarded to user@gmail.com.

Client access her email through gmail.

New MAC in place but unfortunately I am unable to get the reply to changed to the business name when she emails through gmail.

any help greatly appreciated

If user is going to send messages through Gmail website:
Gmail forces you to use the SMTP server associated with the service of that email address, because authentication is required. You're basically adding the address to the user's Gmail account, then you will be able to actually specific a reply from address without getting errors. That is the necessary step if you're going to use Gmail itself. Follow the steps n_swapnil sent.

Using Outlook for Mac 2011:
For Outlook for Mac 2011, you have to add user@business.com as an account. Input all appropriate information, then you're good. Whenever the user writes messages, they will have to select user@business.com as the email address the message will come from. (So yes, there is no reply to feature in Outlook for Mac 2011, but this is as close as it'll get)
