I'm getting close to max users in SBS2008 is there a way to extract all the users to excel for reporting purposes. I need to make notes and following up with accounts not being used that can be deleted.

Try..
Import-Module ActiveDirectory
Get-ADUser -Filter * | export-CSV C:\users.csv

Or you can use CSVDE...

CSVDE -f C:\MyUsers.csv -r (objectClass=User)
