Hi ,
We have an issue with outlook 2007 that when we create a meeting automatticly add 'Note' , We have Office 365 .
Example :

When: Thursday, October 31, 2013 9:00 AM-9:30 AM (UTC+02:00) Jerusalem.
 
Note: The GMT offset above does not reflect daylight saving time adjustments.
 
It is annoying , how to solve this issue ?

Both London and Jerusalem went off Daylight Savings Time as of October 27.  The UTC +02:00 looks correct.  (London is now on UTC).  I do not understand the problem

'Note' added always in a meeting , i dont want to see this 'Note'
How do I delete it permanently
