Is it possible to remove items with New-MailboxExportRequest after exporting them into a pst file ?

A) Unfortunately in Exchange 2010 SP1 there’s no replacement for the “-DeleteContent” parameter that used to be available via MailboxExportRequest. Not sure why they changed it, allot of people miss that ability.
B) To delete the content of a mailbox, you must use the Search-Mailbox cmdlet with the “-DeleteContent” parameter. See http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd298173.aspx 

The feature is now with Search-Mailbox
