Remote site computer time not sync with domain controller

Hi All

        currently running a window server 2008 std R2 in the main office, all the client pc station in the same location the time can sync with DC, but all the pc that located in remote site, the time can not sync with DC, 5 - 10 mins slower, those pc station is remote site has a MPLS link connected in between, and those pc in the remote site has already joined the DC in the main office, suppose when pc joined the dc, the time can be sync with dc, but when the pc is station in remote site, the time can not be sync, also i have used "net time /setsntp:" already in one of the client computer, but it still can not sync,  any idea how to fix it ?

Can you telnet to port123 from the remote office to your PDC emulator server or any of your DC?

If you cannot telnet to this port ensure the UDP port 123 traffic is allowed on firewall.

i have created a new rule in DC firewall to allow inbound port 123, but client pc still can not telnet 123 port, also have tried to telnet localhost on the DC on port 123, also doesnt work, any idea ?
