I went to full screen in order to get that screenshot you wanted and when I did, the resolution corrected itself and it looked great. When I went back to the view that I typically utilize, the correction stayed in place.<br />

Not sure what happened or why, but your suggestion seemed to solve the problem.<br />

This morning when I started my virtual machine, the screen resolution was off. The clarity of the text in all my applications was fuzzy. I reinstalled Parallels Tools and installed an update but to no avail. <br />

I have a screenshot attached. Any ideas on how to get my vivid screen resolution restored?<br />

Parallels screen resolution is off and I don't know why
