Color scheme for 9 buttons on website

I have 9 buttons on this page. (See below). How do I determine the best color scheme for these? I will be using these buttons on a iOS/Android mobile app as well.

It does not matter what colors you use.  some will like what they see, and some will not.  It is strictly a matter of taste.  If everyone like blue then all building would be painted blue and all cars would be blue.

If your site will have a graphical approach then you will want to have a pallet that works well with the graphics.  This might help:

If you are looking for a general pallet generator, then this might help:

There are literally hundreds of such tools if you Google for them, and tens of thousands of already built themes.

The only way to learn is to play with the colors, and find what you like, and then respond to feedback from users.

Only one rule I ever concern myself with: "if there is not enough contrast then it will be hard to read and users won't complain they will just leave and not come back."
