Yes its a pain.

Create a new mail in your new profile and send. This will then create a new autocomplete file.

Copy the old autocomplete file from your old profile.
(C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache)

Rename it the same as the new autocomplete file.

Copy and paste it into the same location as the new autocomplete file and it will ask to overwrite (as it has the same name). Click yes to over write.

Then start, run, and "outlook /importnk2"

Then should be fine.

Hope this makes sense
