I having a problem I need to able to run a php file on a timer as a service.

I have setup CMD to run php  but is there away to run a php file on a loop without using CMD?

I would say create a scheduled task and run the file on a timer that way.

You can schedule any command you like doing that.

If you prefer to schedule from the command line the syntax is:
