I am trying to assign the least amount of rights to our help desk users. I have that pretty well in the bag. However, I'm not able to granularly provide access for them to install the Configmgr client to workstation that does not have them. Here are their collection rights.

* delete resource
* modify
* modify resource
* read
* remote control

Try also "modify collection Settings" and "read resource"
When logging on as those User what do you see and which context menu items do you have?

Sorry for the time lag. Client install is available in the ribbon however, when attempting to install via console during the Installation Options - Specify Client Push Options - the INSTALL THE CLIENT SOFTWARE FROM A SPECIFIED SITE - SITE: (blank). The site field is blank so at this point it is a permissions issue? I really don't want to give site permissions to them.
