provided that it can recive sms and no internet connection or gps

No internet or GPS then it's not going to be locatable. If location services are on, check https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager

If this is installed then you can locate it. Sometimes its automatically installed through Google updates. You might be able to get it installed from a store but to do that location services would have to be on.
