outlook 2007 error

cannot open your default email folders. you must connect to Microsoft Exchange with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder file.

This is the error I get on just 1 PC on the domain. It doesn't matter which user account on the domain I use on this computer. I get the same error. I have deleted all mail profiles on the computer, deleted all files in Application folder and local settings folder. Ran scanost.exe - get the same error stated above

Just finished trying both of your suggestions. Neither of which solved the problem. During my troubleshooting, I have come to find that ALL users are unable to connect to the Exchange Server. Which now points to Exchange as the problem. We have a SBS 2008 server. All users can login to the domain and access shared resources, but cant connect to Exchange
