I need a simple script to run on Windows Server 2003 that sends an email alert to the Administrators when an account is locked or the password of a user has expired. <br />

We have multiple domain controllers in the same domain and users authenticate with them. Is there a way so that Administrators be informed on Windows Server 2003? Also we do not want to install third party software. <br />
